Hardin Valley Academy is the school anchor, the new construction is genuinely well built, and the proximity to Oak Ridge makes it the natural landing pad for STEM families. I know the builders and the floor plans — what's worth the upgrade and what's just paint.
Hardin Valley grew up around the Academy. Families came for the school, the science corridor kept them, and now the inventory is one of the deepest pools of new construction in West Knox. That's both the opportunity and the risk — not every builder makes a house that resells well in five years.
